A conversation is any exchange between your chatbot and a visitor, regardless of message count. If the visitor returns after 30 minutes of inactivity, it counts as a new conversation.

Absolutely. Change your plan anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?
On the Starter plan, you'll receive a notification when you hit 80% of your limit. Conversations beyond your limit won't be blocked, but you'll be asked to upgrade to continue service.
